Our normal Helpdesk hours are 0730 - 1700, Monday to Friday.
Customers with the Extended Hours Support upgrade can use the Helpdesk between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Customers with the Weekend Hours Support upgrade can also use the Helpdesk on Saturday and Sunday.
