Collective manages all aspects of requests for new and additional bins, including the removal of unwanted or surplus bins and the repair or replacement of damaged bins.
Requests can be keyed directly into Collective as Service Requests, or entered electronically by an external CRM system or web form.
The deliveries are confirmed either using the handheld devices or in the back-office. Collective produces a paper delivery note to allow users to see their workload and load the vehicle with the appropriate stock. Alternatively this can be generated using the Bin Delivery Job Sheet report.
Manage your bin stocks, automate the damaged bin process so that when the crew report a damaged bin a services request is automatically raised to order a new bin/raise a repair authorisation and once the bin arrives back in stock Collective will automatically schedule the delivery of the bin without the need for human intervention.
